Ellora is 100% plant-based, hair dye combination of Henna & Indigo powders to cover grays. This combination is designed by our plant-based hair dye expert to achieve blackish brown stain. Ellora will colour gray & light coloured hair to very dark brown to almost black shade. This combination works very well to achieve the darkest Henna/Indigo stain with one-pot method. Repeat applications may be required for highly damaged / resistant gray hair to achieve the desired final shade. This combination adds gorgeous shine to dull / graying tresses. 

Hair colour result:: All gray / medium/ light coloured hair will change to darkest brown- black shade. Can also be used by chemically coloured, damaged hair.

Gray Coverage: Excellent. Repeat applications may be required in case of highly damaged / chemically bleached hair.

Hair coverage: One full kit, can be used up to shoulder length hair. Always start with full-head application to achieve even shade. Twice for root touch-ups thereafter.

Strand test: We recommend a strand test before using the combination directly on your hair. This is especially important for chemically bleached / treated hair. Harvest your hair from the hairbrush every day. Collect enough hair sample to gauge the colour results. Now use the powder combinations as instructed on the hair sample.  Check for results. Allow the colour to develop for 48-72 hours. Once satisfied use it on your full head.

Storage: Always store the powders in an airtight container, away from sunlight. Opened henna packet can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 year. Indigo powder should always be stored at room temperature. Do not use the powders if they have changed the colour to grey or black. 

Allergy Warning: Indigo powder is not suitable for people with mold / dust allergy. Person with G6PD deficiency should not use Henna. Both Henna & Indigo are 100% pure plant powders, however we recommend a patch test on a small area behind ears before using the powders. If skin rash/ irritation persist, discontinue immediately & see your GP. Please refrain from using this product in case of any existing allergy issues.
