REFUND POLICY (SVA STUDIO / HOME APPLICATION SERVICE):
We strive hard in providing you with delightful service & customer care. We do not issue any refunds on our application service already provided at the studio or home. However, should you have any issues or concerns about the service you have received in the studio/home, please notify our customer care within 2/3 days of the service provided with current hair pictures. Please note, we do not guarantee colour results as it may vary from person to person. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the studio so that your hair can be visually inspected within 06 days of the product application (home or studio). Rest assured, we will make every effort to exceed your expectations. However, these adjustments can be made only by our hair expert at the studio. SVA Plant dyes are natural plant leaf powders and some customers may require repeat applications for best colour / coverage results. Any retouch done after 15 days of the previous application will be considered as root touch up and chargeable.
REFUND POLICY (DIY Self Application Kits purchased on our website)
We have a 07 day return policy, which means you have 1 week / 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at svaherbals@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 55 Ubi Ave 1, #06-01, Singapore 408935. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with picture proof of the items that are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items once opened, cannot be returned.
Exchanges: We do not exchange the products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Procession: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at svaherbals@gmail.com.
